Change of Mind?

Here at GlazeMe we realise that sometimes people change their mind about a purchase. We offer a 14 day refund money back guarantee. Simply go to the Resolution Centre link in your account to organise the return and refund of your product. Please note: We require the product back before a refund will be issued, and postage costs will not be refunded.  Please make sure there is adequate packaging as damaged items will not be refunded.
 

I’ve purchased a colour, however, it’s not the colour I thought it was. What do I do?

We are happy to exchange the colour for you. Simply go to the Resolution Centre link in your account within 14 days of receiving the order and confirm which colour you would like to return and which colour you would like us to replace it with.  Please note that used colours cannot be returned.  Please make sure there is adequate packaging as damaged items will not be refunded.
