Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for change of mind purchases. Simply contact us to initiate your return, and we'll guide you through the process.What You Need to Know:Items must be unused and in original packaging.Return shipping costs are at your expense.Refunds will be processed minus original shipping costs.Please ensure adequate packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

What Makes GlazeMe Different

Colour Exchanges

We understand that colours can look different online versus in person. If you've purchased a colour that isn't what you expected, we're happy to help within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us via email at info@glazeme.com.au, let us know which colour you'd like to exchange for, and return the unused product in its original packaging. We'll send your replacement colour once we receive your return. Please note that used or opened nail polish cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

What's Covered

We accept returns for unopened, unused products in original packaging, colour exchanges for unopened products only, defective or damaged items received, and items significantly different from their description. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first to get return authorization before sending any items back to us.

What's Not Covered

We cannot accept returns for used or opened nail polish products due to hygiene reasons, items damaged after delivery, products returned after our 14-day window, items without original packaging, or custom and personalized products. For hygiene and safety reasons, any opened nail polish cannot be returned or exchanged, so please ensure you're happy with your colour choice before opening.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll make it right immediately at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs, and you won't need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it. Defective items are our responsibility and we'll cover all associated costs to resolve the issue quickly.
