• Payment upon delivery and approval of content
• Invoice required before payment processing
• Both parties agree on payment schedule
• GlazeMe reserves right to request revisions before final payment
• Influencer is responsible for tax declarations
CONTENT RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS
This Agreement grants GlazeMe the following rights:

✓ Use videos on our website and social media platforms
✓ Share content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter
✓ Use content in marketing campaigns and advertisements
✓ Use content for future promotional materials
✓ Credit influencer with name and social media handle
✓ Edit, modify, or repurpose content as needed
✓ Use content indefinitely and in perpetuity

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between GlazeMe and the Content Creator. By signing this agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations outlined herein.

• Credit and recognition for content creation
• Access to exclusive GlazeMe deals and updates
